Residential services

A large range of services to help keep your home looking its best.

Most Florida homes do not need replacing — they need the growth, grime, and weathering taken off, and the right surfaces painted, stained, or sealed. AAA Tri County Restoration Service handles both sides of that work.

  • Clean
Pressure cleaning, matched to the surface Home exterior walls, driveways, walkways and sidewalks, patios, pool decks, screen enclosures, and vinyl and wood fencing.
  • Low PSI
Low pressure roof cleaning Roofs are cleaned at low pressure rather than blasted — a separate service from the harder surfaces around your home.
  • Finish
Painting, staining and sealing Concrete patios, driveways and garage floors, plus all areas of interior and exterior painting.

Please call for a FREE estimate, which will be scheduled at your convenience — (352) 237-4300.

Surfaces we restore

  • Home exterior walls

The largest visible surface on the property, and the one that shows Florida weathering first.

  • Low pressure roof cleaning

Cleaned at low pressure so the roof surface is treated, not forced.

  • Gutters and soffits

The dark streaking and buildup along the roofline that no amount of wall cleaning hides.

  • Driveways, walkways & sidewalks

The first thing anyone walks on, and the surface that collects the most staining.

  • Patios, pool decks and screen enclosures

The outdoor living areas — including the enclosure itself, not only the deck under it.

  • Vinyl and wood fencing

Both materials cleaned, so the boundary of the property matches the house again.

  • Concrete patios, driveways & garage floors

Painting, staining and sealing for concrete after it has been cleaned.

  • All areas of interior and exterior painting

Inside and out — painting is offered alongside the exterior cleaning work.

Equine properties

A barn is not a house. It gets its own service list.

Equine property is one of the three kinds of work AAA Tri County Restoration Service lists, alongside residential and commercial. Below is the barn read the way the work actually runs — from the outside walls, in through the stalls and wash areas, then up to the roofline and back out to the fence line.

Outside in

Exterior walls of the barn

The barn's outward face — pressure cleaned, the same way a home's exterior walls are, on a structure that takes far more weather and traffic than a house does.

Pressure cleaning

Inside

Interior stalls

Interior stalls are cleaned as their own surface. This is the part of a barn no exterior wash reaches, and the reason equine work is listed separately from residential.

Pressure cleaning

Circulation

Aisles

The aisles that everything and everyone moves through, cleaned along with the stalls they run between.

Pressure cleaning

Wet areas

Wash areas

Wash areas are on the equine service list too — the wettest, hardest-working surfaces under the roof.

Pressure cleaning

Overhead

Roofs

Barn roofs are included in the equine work, cleaned as part of the same visit rather than left as the one surface nobody looks at.

Roof cleaning

Roofline

Gutter flushing and removal of debris

Gutters are flushed and debris is removed — a separate task from cleaning a surface, and one a barn's roofline collects plenty of.

Flush & clear

Finish

Painting and staining of barns

Once surfaces are clean, barns can be painted or stained — the same finishing side of the business offered on residential and commercial property.

Paint · Stain

Out to the line

Paddock fencing

Paddock fencing closes out the list — the longest run of surface on an equine property, and the one seen from every direction.

Walls, stalls, aisles, wash areas, roof, gutters, fencing, or the painting and staining after — a free estimate is scheduled at your convenience.

How a project begins

It starts with a free estimate — on your schedule.

Nothing here is committed to until we have both seen the property and talked it through. The four steps below are simply how a conversation with AAA Tri County Restoration Service gets from your first call to a free estimate.

01

Say which property it is

Residential, commercial, or equine. That is the first fork, because each one has its own service list and its own surfaces.

02

Describe the surfaces

What needs cleaning, and what may need painting, staining or sealing. Concrete, brick, stone, siding, wood, roof, gutters, fencing — whatever is actually there.

03

Set the free estimate

Estimates are free, and scheduled at your convenience — so looking at the property fits your day rather than interrupting it.

04

Talk through the work

With the surfaces in front of us, we let you know what we can do for each one — before anything is decided.

Step one is a phone call or a message. Use the form to describe the property and the surfaces, or call the office and start there.

Where it matters

Same trade, three very different kinds of property.

AAA Tri County Restoration Service has been serving friends and family since 1994, in Ocala and across Central Florida. What follows is not a list of claims — it is the honest shape of the decision in front of you: which property you have, which surfaces are on it, and where the free estimate should start.

01Residential

A home in Central Florida, weathering in the open

Walls, roof, roofline, driveway and the outdoor living areas all age at different speeds, and rarely all at once. Most homeowners call about one surface and find the rest of the exterior reads differently once it is clean.

On this property

  • Exterior walls, roof at low pressure, gutters and soffits
  • Driveways, walkways, sidewalks, patios and pool decks
  • Screen enclosures, vinyl and wood fencing
  • Painting, staining and sealing — inside and out
02Commercial

A business address customers judge before they park

Commercial work is measured differently: the surfaces are mixed, the frontage is public, and the schedule matters as much as the finish. Estimates are scheduled at your convenience so reviewing the property does not collide with your business hours.

On this property

  • Concrete, brick, stone, siding and wood, cleaned
  • Professional painting for interior surfaces
  • Professional painting for exterior surfaces
  • Single buildings or multiple commercial properties
03Equine

A barn that works harder than any house on the property

Equine property is its own service list, not a residential job with a different name. The work runs from the barn's outer walls in through stalls, aisles and wash areas, up to the roof and gutters, then out to the paddock fence line.

On this property

  • Exterior barn walls, interior stalls, aisles, wash areas
  • Barn roofs, gutter flushing and debris removal
  • Painting and staining of barns
  • Paddock fencing

That is the phrase the business uses for itself, and it is the only claim on this page that needs no explanation. Everything else here — the surfaces, the property types, the free estimate — comes from the same place. Nothing has been added to make the work sound larger than it is.

If you know the surface

Start with the one thing that bothers you

A driveway that has stained, a roof that has darkened, a fence gone green, a barn aisle that needs washing down. Name it on the call and the estimate can be built around it.

  • Say which property type it sits on
  • Say what the surface is made of
  • Say whether it needs cleaning, painting, staining or sealing

If you are not sure

Walk the property with us instead

Plenty of callers cannot say where the line is between cleaning and refinishing. That is what the estimate visit is for — looking at the surfaces together and saying what can be done for each.

  • Estimates are free
  • Scheduled at your convenience
  • Residential, commercial or equine — all three are covered
